September 1st, 2011, FINMASI Group, which operates since 1961 in the steel service industry and in the production of sensors for industrial automation, acquired 100 % of the capital stock of Techci Rhône-Alpes.

FINMASI Group, with a turnover of about 150 Million Euro in 2010, also owns a company producing PCBs, CISTELAIER SpA (17 M€, 135 employees), specialized in the production of prototypes as well as small and average series in short lead time.

This strategic grouping is going to allow TECHCI Rhône-Alpes to strengthen its presence on the European market in order to give its customers the necessary quality synergies and develop its Products and Service offer.
